Notice on Consular Services That the Chinese Embassy Can Provide After the Opening of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in The Hague
After its opening, the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in The Hague(CVASC)is responsible for receiving visa applications of ordinary passport holders for visiting mainland China, collecting visa fees on behalf of the Chinese Embassy and returning passports with Chinese visa approval to applicants. To ensure CVASC's operation, a service fee will be charged in accordance with the published rate.
The Chinese Embassy would like to remind the applicants that this Embassy will NOT accept any visa application as before from 22nd April, 2011. With the opening of CVASC, the following applicants are requested to apply directly to the Chinese Embassy:
1．Holders of diplomatic, service (official) passport, or applicants qualified for the Chinese diplomatic, courtesy, service visa as well as important delegations;
2. Dutch ordinary passport holders, who apply for Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) visa for a stay over 90 days in HKSAR;
3. Notarization and authentication applicants;
4. Chinese citizens applying for a new or renewed passport, travel document or HKSAR entry permit.
