From September 1st , foreign nationals of 45 countries including The Netherlands can apply for the 72-hour transit visa exemption in ChengDu ShuangLiu Airport. The Netherlands’ nationals with valid international traveling documents, the third country’s (region’s) visa (if necessary)and air ticket for a connecting flight with confirmed date of flight and seat for a third country (region) traveling within 72 hours from ShuangLiu Airport can stay in ChengDu city for 72 hours without a Chinese Visa.
