On September 10, 2003,
Her Excellency Madame Xue Hanqin, the new Chinese Ambassador
to the Kingdom of the Netherlands presented her credentials
to Her Majesty Beatrix, the Queen of the Netherlands.
The Queen and the Ambassador held friendly talks
on this occasion.
Queen Beatrix
extended warm welcome to the Ambassador and expressed her
appreciation of the development of Sino-Dutch relations in
recent years. Ambassador Xue conveyed the regards
of President Hu Jintao to Queen Beatrix and promised to make
every endeavour to further promote development of the
bilateral relations and cooperation in all fields during her
term in the
Netherlands.
